Shipping Policy

• Made to Order: Every Fashion by Shehna piece is made to order and typically dispatched within approximately 2 weeks of order confirmation.
• UAE Delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• International Delivery: 10–15 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times do not include the production period.
• Shipping Fees: Free shipping on UAE orders over 1,000 AED. A flat shipping fee of 100 AED applies to international orders.
• Customs Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns: As all Fashion by Shehna pieces are made specifically to order, returns are not accepted, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are not available for made-to-order items.
• Defective Items: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please report the issue within 14 days of delivery, providing a clear unboxing video or photographs showing the problem.
• Repair or Replacement: For confirmed defective items, Fashion by Shehna will arrange a repair or replacement and cover the associated return shipping costs.
