Return Policy

1. Designer-Based Returns

Each item is subject to the designer's individual return policy. For designer-specific terms, please refer to the “Return & Refund” section on the product page.

2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Returned with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (if applicable).

• Free from any stains, marks, odors, or damage.

• The return request must be made within the timeframe defined by the designer.
  Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these criteria.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@modestbeauty.co with:

• Your full name and order number.

• The item(s) you wish to return and your reason for return.
  Our support team will respond with designer-specific return instructions.

Exchange Policy

4. Designer-Based Exchanges

Exchanges are available only if the designer supports this option. Please check the “Return & Refund” section on the product page for availability.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange

• Email us at contact@modestbeauty.co with your order number and exchange request.

• Exchanges depend on stock availability.

• Return the original item following the standard return process.

• After approval, we will ship the replacement item.

How the Return/Exchange Process Works

1. Notify Us
   Contact our support team at contact@modestbeauty.co to submit your return or exchange request.

2. Prepare Your Package

   • Use original packaging to protect the item in transit.

   • Include all original tags and hygiene seals.

3. Ship the Item

   • Our team will share the appropriate return address.

   • Please retain proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

4. What Happens After We Receive It

   • Once your return reaches ModestBeauty.co, it will be opened within 24 hours.

   • Our returns unit will inspect the item and confirm compliance with return eligibility.

   • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 30 (thirty) business days to your original payment method.

   Please note: Shipping costs, bank fees, and other transaction-related charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Items purchased on Final Sale, Sale, or during promotional campaigns.

• Swimwear and undergarments with removed hygiene seals.
