Merve Dağlı return policy: Unused items may be returned within 15 days of delivery with original packaging and labels attached. Discounted items are final sale; exchanges for discounted items are available only for orders placed in Türkiye. For eligible exchanges, return the item with the requested size noted on the invoice within 14 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
