• Returns: You can return your item within 15 days of the delivery date if it’s unused, with original packaging and all labels attached.
  
• Discounted Items: These are final sale and can’t be returned. However, you’re welcome to exchange them—currently available only for orders placed in Türkiye.
  
• Exchanges: To request an exchange, just write the item and size you’d like on the invoice and send it back within 14 business days. Please use your preferred shipping provider. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
